Clackamas Inn And Suites

I stayed in the room that was kept really clean and available with the jacuzzi tub. The hotel had a central setting close to everything.

Well, the area was questionable overall.

The stay here was very relaxing, appreciated the hotel, it was fairly clean with unbeatable and convenient location short walk to Clackamas and Portland and Clackamas mall, freeway and restaurants near by. The staff, everyone, was helpful.

great service but limited breakfast hours

The staff provided really good service when we had an issue with our reservation, quickly resolving it and allowing us to relax. We found everyone at the hotel, both night and day employees, to be friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We wish breakfast hours were longer, but we always seem to wake up too late for breakfast.

Close to the highway. Clean, large rooms that were up-to-date. Front Desk Staff (a tall, young lady with dark hair) was exceptionally curtious, and informative. She was just so welcoming that it made our evening after a long day of driving.

It's no resort but it's terrific if youre passing through for a night or two. A bit noisy with the traffic because it is on an intersection and a block from the highway. But Staff is friendly, knowledgable, and the place was clean and updated.

It was conveniently located for my visit to family and the city. The staff was polite and professional. The breakfast was nicer than some "free breakfasts" I have experienced. The rooms and grounds were clean and inviting.

Parking was a little tight but workable.

I loved the hot waffles and cookies served for breakfast. the room I booked was kept really clean and had a Jacuzzi tub. - the hotel's location was convenient, near Clackamas, Portland, restaurants, and the airport.

We found this hotel to be as advertised and we had no problems at all. The rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast offered a good deal of variety.

We would have like a small electric jug to boil water.

Affordable, and, for our purposes, a very convenient location. The room was nice, and the mattress was good and firm enough.

I suppose the breakfast could be better, but then again, we didn't stay there for it, i.e., we did not look for a free breakfast to begin with.

The hotel has a favorable central location. the staff is knowledgeable. - the rooms are luxurious and spotless, equipped with a mini-fridge and big mirrors. - the breakfast offers lots of hot waffles and cookies.

The staff go out of thier way to try and accomidate your needabouts. The pool wasnt working yet and they fixed it so our daughter who's 3 could go swimming since thats all she cared about.

Reception clerk(s) was professional.

Noise ... from outside traffic, people in other rooms, hallways. Ice machine that ran all night. It stunk in the room... Literally stunk. Plumbing drain in wall behind headboard of bed.. Could not set time on clock. Batteries in tv remote died. Outdoor carpet on floor was rippled and very dirty. Unsafe area with men from next door Adult video store doing things in parking lot bushes.

Convenient location with easy access to the mall, freeway, and nearby restaurants. Also, there are dining options within walking distance. 🍽️ Additionally, it's just a short 15-minute walk to the lake which is a nice bonus for outdoor activities.

Too nosie, too much triafic

Loved and I mean loved the beds.....really want one:) actually called them after to see what brand they were but staff didn't know:( also breakfast was great!!

Smelt cigarette smoke close to the air conditioner and in the shower as well..other than that it was great

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Clackamas Inn And Suites. Hot waffles and cookies for breakfast are a nice bonus. - the rooms are spotless and updated, with big mirrors and snacks provided. - the staff members are amazingly friendly and helpful. - the location is absolutely perfect, with the freeway right next to the property.
